We’d like to take a brief moment to update our customers on what we are doing in response to the coronavirus (covid-19) outbreak.
As a small business, it is important for us to keep the health and safety of our employees and customers as our top priority. We want to ensure everyone we are taking precautionary steps so that you can still safety sell your laptops and other electronic devices to us here at CANITCASH.
Please review the CDC guidelines on how to properly disinfect your items before shipment. This includes ensuring alcohol solutions/alcohol wipes contain at least 70% alcohol. You may also find more information about general cleaning and disinfecting from the CDC’s website HERE. All devices are properly disinfected as soon as we receive them as well.
Rest assured that all employees who can work from home are doing so, and if anyone starts experiencing flu-like symptoms they are required to stay at home. We recommend anyone reading this that if possible, please do stay at home yourself.
Both of our shipping providers, UPS and USPS, have the ability to schedule pick-ups, and we recommend doing so if you have concerns about leaving the safety of your homes. You may find more information on their respective pages, UPS and USPS.
At the end of the day we want everyone, from our employees to our customers, to feel safe during these uncertain times, and would like to remind everyone that our free shipping labels are valid for 90 days, so please do not feel rushed in shipping your devices. However, we are still operating as normal.
