HOW TO LOCATE YOUR DESKTOPS MODEL OR SPECS
SYSTEM MODEL
Locate your Desktop or Laptop model number:
System model will be located and identified as “System Model”. In our example the model of this laptop is a HP Probook 450 G5. This same method is used to obtain your desktop model if it has one. Please note many desktops are custom builds and they will not have a model here. In this case you can still sell us your desktop using the CPU and GPU type below.

Locate your CPU gen type:

Backup Images/Data
Make sure you backup or save your important pictures or data before shipping your gaming desktop PC.
Reset Desktop
When you sell a PC at Canitcash we will always reset your desktop to factory settings upon arrival. You can also do this on your own if you prefer.
Remove PC Passwords
If you have already reset your device you have done this step already. Removing passwords is not mandatory but does help speed up the process.
Package Desktop
It is very important to package your desktop PC securely. Please use plenty of packaging materials and be sure that the desktop is secured in your packaging.
