Clear terms for a smooth process.

These terms explain how quotes, inspections, payouts, and returns work at Canitcash — ensuring a fair, risk-free experience for every customer.

  • For the security of both parties, we cannot guarantee your final payout will be the original quote you received. Please accurately describe your device for a smooth, streamlined transaction. In the event you are unhappy with a final value we will return your device free of charge.
  • We offer free returns always; If you decide not to accept our offer – whether you change your mind, find a better deal, or for any other reason. We’ll return your device free of charge.
  • You agree that you are the legal owner of the device that you are selling.
  • You agree to provide accurate information about the device you are selling.
  • You agree that your item is not on a payment plan, and that you fully own the item you are selling.
  • You agree that your device must be able to be transferred to a new owner, and free of any liens.
  • You agree that we evaluate the condition of the device upon the condition it was received in. 
  • You agree that device condition “fully functional” means that all original components and accessories are included with your device and are fully operational.
  • You agree that for the battery to be considered “fully functional”, it must hold a minimum of 70% of its original capacity.
  • You agree that in rare circumstances that your device will be opened to verify full functionality of the device hardware.
  • You agree to save, backup or erase all digital data. We are not responsible for any information left on the device, and any information will be wiped once received.
  • You agree that in the event of a return, the device will be factory reset to the most current version of Windows where applicable.
  • You agree that, as a US-based company, we expect devices to match standard US market specifications. Items received with non-US configurations (for example, foreign keyboard layouts or region-specific models) may receive adjusted pricing due to reduced resale demand or limited parts compatibility.
  • You agree that your shipping materials may be discarded once received: This includes the shipping box, packaging materials, and any accessories beyond the laptop and laptop charger.
  • You agree to ship your item within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your offer/order or an adjustment to the trade value, at our discretion.
  • You agree that all offers should be considered estimates until the item is received, inspected, and a final offer is presented.
  • You agree that your payout cannot be higher than your original quote amount.
  • You agree that if no issue is found during inspection, your payment will be immediately issued in full.
  • You agree that no cancellations will be accepted after payment is made. 
  • You agree that if an error or adjustment is made that reduces your offer, you do not have to accept the adjusted offer. Canitcash then has the option to return the device free of charge to you or pay the full original quoted amount and retain the device.
  • If you disagree with the adjusted offer after inspection, either because the device does not match the information you provided or the current market value of the device has changed significantly, you agree that we have the right to renegotiate the offer.
  • You agree that if we pay for the return shipping of the device, that it will be an uninsured label. If you would like an insured return, you agree that you will provide the return shipping label.
  • In the event that an offer is changed after inspected and we do not receive a response from you pertaining the new offer within 48 hours, you agree that we will process your payment according to the new offer.
  • You agree that you are responsible for checking your order details online at the Canitcash members page. Although we do send emails, we are not responsible for them reaching your inbox. 
  • If PayPal is chosen as the preferred payout method, you agree to accept the PayPal transfer fee.
  • If Check is chosen as the preferred payout method, you agree to cash it within 90 days or else it may be voided.
  • Once payment is issued, your device will be processed and you agree that the device cannot be returned.
  • You agree that we are not responsible for any damages, or lost packages, during the shipping process. This includes return shipping if necessary.
  • You agree that when using our service, UPS labels have a default insurance of $100.
  • In the event of typographical or product pricing errors, technical inaccuracies, or current market value fluctuations, you agree that we have the right to correct the error or price at any point during the transaction.
  • By using Canitcash, you agree not to access any of the services by any means other than through the user interface provided by Canitcash, and not to engage in any other activity that interferes with or disrupts the services or performance of the Canitcash Website. Specifically, you may not access or use Canitcash or Canitcash.com’s services using scripts, web crawlers or any similar methods.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Minnesota law, and no conflict of laws or provisions of any jurisdiction will apply to these terms and conditions. By checking the box “I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions” on the submission form, you agree that any action at law or inequity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be filed only in state or federal court located in Minnesota and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these terms and conditions.
